B.B.B. is primarily a solo venture run by Emmet, but would not be possible without the support of his community of friends, family, farmers, bakers, assistants, mentors, and dog sitters.
Currently operating out of commissary kitchens, it is a bit of a travelling show, selling bagels at farmer's markets and other temporary venues. Check out the calendar → to see where you can find B.B.B. next.
